I bought 3 Oakley frames from The Glasses Company to chose from. I have kept one and returned the other 2. The Glasses company have kept me informed of progress throughout the entire process and have swiftly issued my refund for the 2 returned pairs. I fully recommend The Glasses Company.

However… Just wanted to say that I was really impressed with the way that matters were resolved with some good old fashioned customer care. The owner took the time to call me personally to sort problems. This is a small company but the prices are really good and Im sure that I will buy again from them again. Good job glasses company and thanks K for the great customer service – much appreciated.
