I ordered years ago from The Glasses Company and remember the fair pricing, good communication and speedy service. This time, with a new prescription, I had a long wait for my order to be fulfilled– and many emails– to understand that frame supplies were being held up in the EU. It was all pleasant enough, and in the end, worth the wait for the exact pair I wanted. Ill be returning again. Thank you.

Ordering through the website was easy as was supplying the prescription. Turnaround time was fairly quick although I would say that more updates on the status of the manufacturing process and updating the order status wouldnt have gone amiss.
Overall very pleasant and easy experience and would definitely consider ordering another pair in the future
